Alterations to garments are only permitted with the prior consent of the showroom and only if they are reversible. It is the responsibility of the production company and the professional who rented the garments to return them in the same condition as when they left the showroom. In the event of permanent damage to the garments, a fee will be charged to cover the loss or the cost of repairs.

Let's hope this never happens, but if it does, we will request a replacement for the lost or damaged item with an identical or similar one.

Yes, we have a digital catalog with all the clothing and accessories. To access it, you need to fill out a form and contact us: we'll provide you with the login details to view the items and all the information you need to proceed with the selection, reservation, and rental process.

If you can't visit the showroom or make your selection online, you can send us your mood board, and we'll help you choose the pieces by sending you photos and sizes for each item. In this case, we'll apply a surcharge to the rental fee for this service. However, our first option will always be to help you find a trusted assistant to help you with your selection.

Rental periods depend on the type of project. Generally, for advertising, we rent garments for a maximum of two weeks; for films or series, however, there is no set time and it depends on the production's needs.
