What are the showroom hours?

We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and no appointment is necessary, although it's always a good idea to let us know you're coming, especially if it's your first time: this way, our team can guide you through the showroom and explain all the rental details.

Are you open at weekends, on public holidays or outside regular hours?

We are not open but if you urgently need a selection, or your logistics don't allow you to do it any other way, you can contact us by phone or email and we will do everything possible to open the doors of Capítulo for you.

Garments
Do you sell your clothes or rent them to individuals?

We want the pieces in the collection to always be available to everyone, so they can only be rented. And no, unfortunately, we don't serve private individuals, but only costume professionals who can prove their status.

Do you buy clothes?

Yes, we are constantly searching for select garments, but we only buy them if they are in perfect condition. If you have individual pieces or entire collections to sell, please send us photos and the estimated price to hola@capitulodoslab.com: we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can alterations be made, patinas or fake blood be used on the garments?

Alterations to garments are only permitted with the prior consent of the showroom and only if they are reversible. It is the responsibility of the production company and the professional who rented the garments to return them in the same condition as when they left the showroom. In the event of permanent damage to the garments, a fee will be charged to cover the loss or the cost of repairs.

What happens in case of loss or irreversible damage to one or more rented items?

Let's hope this never happens, but if it does, we will request a replacement for the lost or damaged item with an identical or similar one.

Rental
Do you have a catalog or do you only rent in person?

Yes, we have a digital catalog with all the clothing and accessories. To access it, you need to fill out a form and contact us: we'll provide you with the login details to view the items and all the information you need to proceed with the selection, reservation, and rental process.

Do you do custom selections?

If you can't visit the showroom or make your selection online, you can send us your mood board, and we'll help you choose the pieces by sending you photos and sizes for each item. In this case, we'll apply a surcharge to the rental fee for this service. However, our first option will always be to help you find a trusted assistant to help you with your selection.

For how long can the clothes be rented?

Rental periods depend on the type of project. Generally, for advertising, we rent garments for a maximum of two weeks; for films or series, however, there is no set time and it depends on the production's needs. In this case, the rental price may increase. It's best to contact us to discuss this in detail and find the best possible solution.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we have a transport network that allows us to deliver clothing to any point in Europe. For more information, delivery times, and rates, please contact us and we will find the most suitable solution.

Returns
Where do I return the items?

The items will be returned to the Capítulo Dos showroom in Barcelona during opening hours, that is, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

What happens in case of loss or irreversible damage to one or more rented items?

Let's hope this never happens, but if it does, we will request a replacement for the lost or damaged item with an identical or similar one.
