1) Scope of service
Capítulo Dos provides garments under a rental model for audiovisual production, editorial projects, and professional events.
2) Contracted service type
Availability, delivery/return dates, and commercial terms remain subject to confirmation by the Capítulo Dos team after reviewing the order request.
3) Garment use and care
The client agrees to use garments professionally and with due care, avoiding damage, alterations, or unapproved uses.
4) Loss or damage
In case of loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear, Capítulo Dos may charge replacement or repair costs.
5) Cancellations and changes
Any change to dates, selected garments, or cancellation must be requested in writing and is subject to validation based on availability and order status.
6) Data protection
Provided data is used exclusively to manage the service and communications related to the order.
